Our office has the knowledge, expertise and manpower to handle multiple accounts.

We currently have thirty (30) fully stocked service vehicles handling our existing customer base in the Tri State area.

Our technicians are highly trained and factory trained in all aspects of the HVAC tradeThis includes 30 technicians and 10 apprentices.

We also have several fuel efficient vehicles on hand to deploy at a moment’s notice should we receive major emergencies.
We actively interview qualified EPA certified candidates for technician positions within our company.
We are fully trained in various web based programs such as: Service Channel, FM Pilot, Big Sky, Corrigo, Textura, Bid Connect etc.We have the ability to deploy to any location within a month or less.

Concept Air is a privately owned company which has been operating since 1986. We have developed strong customer ties by actively seeking client feedback to improve our service and strengthen client relationships. This approach has allowed us to cultivate strong customer bonds and develop a national support for our Professional Retail Stores and Commercial Property Manager. We are affiliated with Local 638 Steamfitters, PRSM , and Boma among others.
